FAQs
When will I get my items?
Digital products purchased on Frostpunch stores will be instantly delivered to the player in-game. If a player is not logged in, it will be delivered the next time they are online.
However, in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours to deliver the product.
Digital ranks and other account-based purchases may take a few minutes to register with our systems and apply the updates to your user.
I used the wrong username
If you believe you have used the wrong username while purchasing a digital product, please contact support for additional help in receiving your items.
I want a refund
We are not able to refund digital products or ranks.
If you made a purchase in error and still have the item in-game, please contact support.
I need help in-game
